AnnCharlott Enberg began her functional safety journey 20 years ago working for the Petrochemical Industry and Energy Market BMS Assessment as CEO for SILTECH AB. She was Business Unit Director for DEKRA AB and SRE Site Responsible Process Safety Engineer for Akzo Nobel AB, and most recently with Emerson as Global Functional Safety Manager.
Johan Sandberg is involved in the area of tank gauging and overfill prevention. Sandberg has also participated in the API 2350 committee covering safety aspects of tank terminal operations and preventing tank overfills.
Andy Crosland has worked in Process Automation for 33 years; the last 16 years in Process Safety. He enjoys meeting customers all over Europe, from a variety of industries to discuss their Functional Safety challenges and requirements.
What they bring to the conference
AnnCharlott Enberg has been involved in large projects for companies and clients worldwide, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. She has published numerous articles concerning high integrity systems and is joint author of the handbook “The Engineer’s Guide to Level Safety Instrumentation and Overfill Prevention”. She has recently completed a 6-month SIS Around the World Tour with the focus on training and developing new possibilities for decreasing risk in the industry. She participates actively in various professional institutions and government safety committees relating to programmable electronic safety systems, and is a member of the international industry groups for both IEC 61508, IEC 61511 and ISA84.
All functional safety systems must be proof-tested. A new semi-automatic guided proof test saves time and effort and provides evidents that the test is done.
Knowledgeable safety systems engineer with experience discussing all aspects of the complete safety loop and the IEC 61511 Safety Lifecycle, covering applications including ESD, F&G, AOPS, HIPPS and Burner Management Systems in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical and other industries.
